Overview

By using mrsindelmath.com (“the site”), you agree to these terms. The site provides AP Precalculus and AP Calculus AB educational materials created by Andrew Sindel (“Mr. Sindel”).

Access & Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to access protected materials. Access is granted at Mr. Sindel's discretion based on your role (student, teacher, or tutor). You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share answer keys or teacher materials with students
• Upload or distribute site materials to services such as Chegg, Course Hero, Study.com, or similar platforms
• Remove or alter any attribution on materials (including Bryan Passwater's name)
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All materials on this site are provided for personal, educational use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any materials without written permission is prohibited. Some materials include content authored by Bryan Passwater and are used with permission; his attribution must be preserved.

Termination

Mr. Sindel reserves the right to revoke access at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at his discretion.
